About Dr. Dan Miller
Dr. Miller began his career as an educator, teaching social studies at Kearney High School in the fall of 2010. He spent eight years in this position, coaching baseball and football as well as leading the Student Council. He then transitioned to the role of Assistant Principal at KHS in 2018 where he spent five years. Beginning with the 2023/2024 school year, Dr. Miller has been the Principal at KMS.
He holds a Bachelor of Science in Education (History) from Missouri State University, a Master of Administration from William Woods University, an Educational Specialist from Northwest Missouri State University, and an EdD. from William Woods University.
Dr. Miller is married with three children, all of whom attend KSD.
